Richard was so kind and honest when we bought Carla’s car 2 weeks ago. It had an issue the radio screen and the back up camera. Rich made sure to get it taken care of and stayed on top of the job. Best Buy did a fantastic job installing back up camera. Dunc’s Discount delivered as promised. Give him a try next time you are looking for a clean used car.

My experience with duncs was top shelf quality. They went above and beyond my expectations for a used car lot. After issues with the banks for my loan they decided to make it happen by skipping the bank and in housing the loan directly to me. Then when it came to insuring the vehicle I was hit with quotes for unrealistic amounts, so the manager Sherry stepped in and found me a quote for my price range. Really I felt like I was buying a car from a family member with the way they opened every door that seemed slammed in my face and walked through it with me. They had my back 💯 percent and never made me feel uncomfortable at any point. I will make sure anyone i know visits their dealership first when they are considering their next vehicle. Thanks again for everything you guys did for me. Im in love with this car!

Bought a 2006 rav 4 from them almost 2 years ago for a good price. It’s been a fantastic car and haven’t had to do any repairs on it thus far very happy with vehicle and the service I’ve received from them. Always very responsive, respectful and easy to work with. Glad I bought my car from them. They will even report payments to your credit if you want helping build that as well.
